Does every team member need an account?
No. A reporting-only contributor receives a one-time link and submits assigned data without signing in. Editors and viewers use passwordless email access.
What types of information can we collect?
Numbers, currency, percentages, text reports and key-value tables on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule. Every update can also include a comment.
What does the AI analyse?
Business and metric context, deadlines, comments, the ten latest values and statistics from up to twelve closed months. It returns a score, short summary and detailed report.
Can I manage several businesses or locations?
Yes. Plans differ by the number of main businesses or locations. Enterprise supports a custom structure and child dashboards.
Is there a free trial and what happens after it?
Yes. Creating your own account starts a 30-day trial for one business. After it ends, choose a monthly plan in the app to continue using your business.
