Terms of Use

Draft version 0.1 · 24 July 2026

DRAFT · PLACEHOLDER

This page contains temporary sample copy and is not the final version of the Terms of Use. Company details, governing law, liability limits and other legal provisions must be reviewed and completed before launch.

1. Status and scope

These draft Terms describe the intended rules for using BusinessVisor.AI, including its web application, reporting links, notifications, dashboards, billing features and AI-generated analysis.

The service provider will be identified here by its full legal name, registration details and address: [COMPANY DETAILS TO BE ADDED].

2. Customers and authorised users

A Customer is the person or organisation that creates an account, operates one or more businesses in the service or purchases a subscription. An Authorised User is a person whom the Customer permits to use some part of the service.

The same Terms are intended to apply to every role; access rights differ inside the product rather than through separate legal documents.

  • Owner: manages the account, businesses, team access, subscription and billing.
  • Edit: may view and change the parts of a business made available by the Customer.
  • View: may view the parts of a business made available by the Customer without editing them.
  • Report: may submit assigned information through a time-limited or one-time link without creating an account.

3. Access and account security

Users sign in with a one-time code sent to their email. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, keeping access to their email secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorised use.

A reporting link is intended only for its recipient and assigned task. It must not be forwarded or used to access or submit information on another person’s behalf without authority.

4. Customer responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for the businesses, users, permissions and information it adds to the service. The Customer must have the authority and any necessary notices or consents to invite users, assign reporting tasks and process business or personal data through BusinessVisor.AI.

The Customer remains responsible for decisions made using dashboards, reminders, scores, summaries and reports.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Some functions may be offered as a trial or paid subscription. Current plan details, limits, billing period, taxes and price are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another stated payment provider.

Renewal, cancellation, refunds, plan changes and Enterprise arrangements will be described here after the commercial model and applicable consumer rules have been legally reviewed.

6. Business data and AI output

The Customer retains its rights in information submitted to the service. The Customer permits us to host, process, transmit and analyse that information only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement.

AI-generated scores, summaries and reports may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are decision-support tools and are not legal, financial, accounting, medical or other professional advice.

7. Acceptable use and confidentiality

Users must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, disrupt its operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, infringe third-party rights or attempt to obtain information they are not authorised to see.

Each user must treat non-public business information available through the service as confidential and use it only for the purpose authorised by the Customer.

8. Availability, changes and suspension

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, third-party outages or events outside our reasonable control. Features may change as the product develops.

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, respond to a legal requirement, prevent misuse or address overdue payment.

9. Ending use of the service

Users may stop using the service at any time. Customers may cancel according to the subscription terms shown in the product or billing portal. The final Terms will specify the effect of cancellation, data export options and deletion timelines.

10. Liability, law and disputes

Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, jurisdiction and dispute procedures are intentionally left as placeholders: [TO BE COMPLETED WITH LEGAL COUNSEL FOR THE OPERATING ENTITY AND TARGET MARKETS].

11. Changes and contact

The final Terms will state how material changes are communicated and when they take effect. Questions may currently be sent to [email protected].
